Functional cross-linked microparticles ART PEARL HP, FD Series

Cross-linked acrylic beads with excellent heat resistance and yellowing resistance, cross-linked irregular beads with excellent oil absorption and light diffusion properties.

This product line consists of two grades of crosslinked fine particle polymers, each possessing characteristics such as heat resistance/yellowing resistance and oil absorption/light diffusion. They are suitable for use as matting agents in paints, anti-blocking agents, and additives for extruded films. - We offer two grades with different functionalities. - HP-1000T is a small particle size, spherical crosslinked acrylic bead that excels in heat resistance and yellowing resistance. - FD-613T is a composite irregular crosslinked bead of acrylic/urethane that excels in oil absorption and light diffusion. - Both are insoluble in solvents and easily disperse, demonstrating performance as matting agents and anti-blocking agents. - Additionally, HP-1000T features minimal yellowing during extrusion, while FD-613T is characterized by reduced occurrence of eye droppings during extrusion. The products are supplied in powder form. Please download the catalog for more details. We also offer free samples, web seminars, and product customization. Feel free to contact us.
